For orders sending to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, ,India, South Korea, Peru, and Turkey kindly provide additional information required to process and ship your order during your checkout.
Argentina: CUIT or CUIL (for citizens), or passport (for non-citizens)
Brazil: CPF (for both citizens and non-citizens)
Chile: Tax ID (for both citizens and non-citizens)
India: Aadhar card, PAN card, OR Voter ID AND Employee ID that matches your delivery address (for citizens)
OR passport AND Employee ID that matches your delivery address (for non-citizens)
Korea: PCCC code (for citizens), or passport (for non-citizens)
Peru: DNI or Tax ID (for citizens), or passport (for non-citizens)
Turkey: TR ID (for both citizens and non-citizens)
Order Status & Tracking:
After your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with your order number. When your order ships, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number of your order. To track your order status you can either:
(1) Press on the "Track Shipment" button in the email you received. This will link you to the courier's tracking page where you can input your order's tracking number
(2) If you are registered as a member of our website, you can log into your account. Press the dropdown button next to your account photo and select "My orders." Select the order you want to track and press the dropdown button to view more information. Then press on the "Track item" button. This will link you to the courier's tracking page where you can input your order's tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary based on your country, location, and the number of items you order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.
Delivery time of your order may vary base on your delivery location, quantity of items you order, and certain notices or policies of our courier service provider. We offer Express delivery services for all orders. The courier service provider we utilize typically deliver within 3-7 business days for most major destination. Your items may also arrive sooner than the estimate delivery date provided by the courier service. Please note that the estimate delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. In addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional taxes and charges:
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order.
